How Do I Design My Boxes?

1) Select a Design

With the ZoxxBox, creating your box online is a snap. ZoxxBox has made it easy to create the perfect box using our professionally designed patterns. There are up to 11 patterns on some boxes to choose from.

2) Personalize Your Box

After selecting the pattern that best fits your need, personalize it by uploading your own photo/logo, selecting an accent color and adding your own text.

3) Create & View Your Proof

Finally, create and view your proof online. Make as many changes as you want. Change photos, colors and text until you are statisfied then add your box to your cart to order it. It's that simple



1) Download the e-die®

With ZoxxBox e-dies® you can design your box with complete freedom. Each Zoxxbox product has a downloadable free e-die that lets you design from a blank canvas. With each download you will get the e-die®, our print guidelines and the box folding instructions.

2) Design Your Box

Following our guidelines, use the e-die® and design your box, your way. Go to the help center for more information.

3) Place Your Order

Once your art is complete and finalized you're ready to upload it and place your order for your boxes!

What is the preferred format for logo or photo file submission?

The better your artwork, the better your ZoxxBox products will look. The preferred image format is JPEG or PNG. These formats will produce great quality products as long as the resolution meets or exceeds our recommendation (see next Question for further detail). GIF and TIFF formats are also supported but please make sure the quality of these images is high enough to print on a product.

What is "resolution"? What resolution should my photo or logo be for uploading?

Resolution refers to the number of dots per inch (dpi), or the amount of detail the image has. The higher the resolution, the more detail you will get. Higher resolution images are also larger files that require longer upload times. For best results, your image or photo should be 300 dpi (dots per inch).


What About The Printing?

Most of our products are digitally printed utilizing a state of the art digital press designed for heavy weight paperboard stock. Higher quantity runs or items too large to fit the digital press will be processed utilizing offset printing methods.
All the pricing listed throughout the web site includes printing. Most items include full color CMYK printing except where noted (a few items are currently only available in 1 or 2-color printing)
Yes. ZoxxBox has in house capabilities to both hot stamp or emboss your boxes. Please contact us to request a custom quote if you are interested in this option (minimum quantity of 1,000 pieces).
Yes. ZoxxBox has the ability to print the inside of your box. Please contact us to request a custom quote if you are interested in this option (minimum quantity of 1,000 pieces).
Absolutely, yes. From paper to printing & converting, all aspects of our boxes are produced in the USA.

What About Shipping?

You can expect orders to ship in 7-10 working days from placement of order. Our beverage carrier styles will require 10-12 working days
ZoxxBox is located in southwest Ohio and ships all orders UPS Ground. Use this map to help you determine how long transit times will be for your order.
Yes. Please contact our customer service department with your UPS or Fed-X account number. We would be happy to accommodate your expedited shipping requests.

The moment you submit your order, your order is forwarded to our printing queue in an effort to ship it to you as soon as possible. Therefore, it most likely cannot be changed or cancelled. However, we know mistakes happen so we will do everything possible to cancel your order, just send us a note through our 'Contact Us' page and someone from our customer support team will see what we can do & will keep you informed
